Utah driver charged in fatal I-15 crash after allegedly browsing porn

A Utah woman is facing charges following a fatal three-vehicle crash on I-15 near Levan that killed 66-year-old Scott LaVar Lichfield.

According to prosecutors, 44-year-old Christine Chao accessed a pornography website on her phone less than two minutes before the collision.

Investigators allege distracted driving played a role in the crash. The allegations have not yet been proven in court.
