SLC Council votes to preserve 5 acres of open space at Ballpark Stadium
The former Smith’s Ballpark site is one step closer to redevelopment following a unanimous City Council vote on October 20.
The approved rezoning allows for future housing and commercial development while requiring at least five acres of public open space.
