West Valley city's pipe robot "R2D2" rescues kitten stuck in drain

A kitten got stuck in a drain pipe. Crews found it with a pole camera and tried to coax it out, but it wouldn’t move.

So they sent in R2D2, a remote-controlled crawler normally used to inspect pipes. It nudged the kitten along until it crawled out.
