Two Utah sheriffs indicted in connection with Kouri Richins murder case

Two Utah sheriffs are facing felony obstruction charges in connection with the investigation into the murder of Kouri Richins’ husband, Eric Richins.

Wasatch County Sheriff Jared Rigby and former Summit County Sheriff Dave Edmunds pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
