A former Ogden police officer has been arrested after police say five children were struck and pinned between two vehicles during a Fourth of July gathering.
According to investigators, 49-year-old Tyler Crouch allegedly hit the children with his truck, leaving an 11-year-old girl with a broken pelvis. The other children suffered injuries ranging from minor to serious.
Authorities have arrested Crouch as the investigation continues.
