A helicopter supporting firefighting efforts on the Widemouth 2 Fire reportedly crashed near Richfield Friday morning.

According to the FAA, the Sikorsky S-64 helicopter went down around 10 a.m. with two people on board. The aircraft was reportedly assisting with the ongoing wildfire response.

Details on the condition of those onboard have not yet been released.
