1 million salt lake temple tour reservations claimed in 24 hours
The first wave of free reservations for the 2027 Salt Lake Temple open house has been fully claimed. The Church says additional reservations will be released in the coming months.

One million reservations for the 2027 Salt Lake Temple open house were claimed in less than 24 hours, according to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The first wave of free reservations opened September 1 and attracted interest from people around the world. Additional batches will be released in the coming months, while many other Temple Square experiences will not require reservations.
The six-month celebration and public open house will run from April 5 through October 1, 2027.
