utah sees 73% drop in property crime since 1991

Utah’s reported property crime rate has fallen 73.4% since 1991, according to a WalletHub analysis using FBI crime data and historical figures from the Disaster Center.

That decline ranks Utah 16th nationwide for the steepest drop. Property crime includes offenses such as burglary, theft and motor vehicle theft.
