Saratoga Springs Father Allegedly Fled to Mexico After Abducting Sons

Authorities say a Saratoga Springs father accused of abducting his two young sons may have crossed into Mexico after allegedly missing a custody hearing in Utah.

Investigators say 46-year-old Dane Stephen Richman was last believed to be traveling with the children after they were reported missing earlier this month. Officials are continuing efforts to locate the boys and are asking the public to report any information that could help.
