House Democrats have opened an investigation after two Energy Fuels executives purchased company stock days before President Trump dramatically reduced the size of Bears Ears National Monument in Utah.
Lawmakers are investigating whether the executives had advance knowledge of the decision. Energy Fuels denies wrongdoing and says it has no mining interests within the monument.
