Residents in Beaver are being urged not to use tap water after flooding contaminated the city’s water system.

According to city officials, the Do Not Drink Order means tap water should not be used for:
• Drinking
• Making ice
• Brushing teeth
• Preparing food

Officials are asking residents to use bottled water or another safe drinking water source until further notice. Updates will be provided as water quality testing continues.
