tyler robinson returns to court as judge weighs aggravated murder charge

NEWS: Tyler Robinson is back in court Tuesday as a Utah judge prepares to decide whether the case against him will move forward to trial.
Robinson is accused of fatally shooting Charlie Kirk during an event at Utah Valley University in September 2025. Prosecutors and defense attorneys are set to deliver final arguments over whether there is enough probable cause for the aggravated murder case to proceed.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty if Robinson is ultimately convicted.
