Two Injured in Shooting at West Jordan Park

Two people were injured in a shooting at a West Jordan park, according to police.

Officers say the incident happened at Cougar Park after an argument between two groups escalated. Gunfire was reported at the scene, and both victims were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and are expected to recover.

Police responded quickly and secured the area while investigating what led up to the confrontation. It’s not yet clear if anyone has been taken into custody.
