man accused of sexually assaulting unconscious woman

Downtown Salt Lake City Sexual Assault Case.

A 29-year-old man has been charged after investigators say he allegedly dragged an intoxicated and unconscious woman into a vehicle following a night of downtown bar hopping, where police say he sexually assaulted her.

According to charging documents, witnesses observed the woman appearing unable to care for herself before the suspect allegedly led her away. Investigators later identified the suspect and filed multiple felony charges in connection with the case.
