Utah bestselling fantasy author Brandon Sanderson has announced plans to acquire the former theme park property and transform it into a permanent headquarters for Dragonsteel, his publishing and entertainment company.
The proposed destination would feature a bookstore, warehouse, event space, and a gathering place for fans of Sanderson’s work.
The property was previously home to Evermore Park, an immersive fantasy-themed attraction that closed in 2024.
