aaron wagner agrees to 10 years in federal prison
Utah businessman Aaron Wagner has signed a federal plea agreement admitting guilt to conspiracy to commit money laundering, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud.

The federal case began in 2024 when Wagner and business partner Michael Mains were accused of using companies connected to WagsCap Food Services to mislead restaurant investors and lenders.
Wagner has now admitted guilt to three of the charges filed against him.
